If I could give 0 stars I would. Just left the store and the cashier (Shari) was friendly with the lady ahead of me and the lady after me, but she wouldnt even look me in the eye let alone say hello. She seemed annoyed I was even in there.All i got was "Did you need a bag for this?" And "Is this all?" Meanwhile ignoring me and proceeding to converse with the lady behind me.I thought for a second that it was because the line was getting long and she was maybe distracted.But no, still got the cold shoulder. I tried to kill her attitude with kindness while replying with "Have a nice day" as Im leaving... and nothing....completely ignores me still. VERY RUDE !! Terrible customer service. I should be able to shop at Bartells and not catch attitude because of the color of my skin (Im African American). Shari does not represent you well Maple Valley Bartells.

Slowest Pharmacy Ive ever been to. Takes hours to get prescriptions filled. When you come back theyre still not ready. Ive tried the drive-through and that takes 20 minutes just to even get to the window. STAY AWAY

Its just like the other Barrell stores. The pharmacy is run well. They have a nice Star wars leago selection and have several of the good old drugstore toys to choose from.

Very courteous staff. The pharmacy is the best in the Maple Valley/Covington area. Their staff always know your name and they just give it the personal touch!

The stores fine, but theyre programed in as accepting Android pay, they also have it in the door, but their machines arent Android pay enabled.
