Only reason I go to this Rita Aid is because I can grab a flyer and see whats on sale. Never feel safe in this place even though security is posted in front. Workers are middle age runs the place is their house. Asking them for any help is non existent. Price check takes for ever. When you get homeless inside causing a ruckus go ahead and add another ten minutes to your shopping time.

I like this Rite Aid pharmacy. I walked in at 6:30 p.m. to get a prescription filled, and I was out the door by 6:35 p.m.. Friendly helpful staff. Good selection of grocery stock. And the best part, my prescription cost half the price that it does it Kaiser and I didnt even use insurance at Rite Aid.

Worst rite in Calif. The employees cheat you n the store detectives lies on you. N most if all that big black woman cheats n the young black store detective lies n gives you a bad time. N also a raciest towards the handicap older disable pple along with that big woman who cheats.

Sometimes takes FOREVER to get through by phone. And yes there seems to be some incompetence. However staff is friendly and prices are almost the best in the area. Only Costco is cheaper and for me this place is more convenient. .

Worst place ever. Incompetent pharmacy staff. This place needs to be shut down and all of the staff retained. Its horrible. I cannot express enough avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!

Its busy, and the lines are slow, but its well stocked and conveniently located. Ive been coming here over 10 years, I have not been cheated or hassled by the staff in any way.

Staff is rude. always chatting with friends who visit them in the store, or on the phone. lived downtown Oakland for years, this place has always been like this.
