I purchased make-up supplies for myself and my house-mates, and was asked by the cashier if I was "old enough to be buying this much make-up". I am over 20 years old. I was just buying MAKEUP. I hate to think what she would say if I had been buying something more personal. Not going back, I dont like being judged or someone saying that I look like a child despite the fact I was holding car keys and paid with a credit card (which you usually need to be 18+ to have). If you need to purchase something that could be considered embarrassing, DONT PURCHASE IT HERE. They wont just talk about it behind your back, they will say it to your face.

Pharmacy staff needs major customer service training! Love the store itself, but as others have stated the pharmacy is terrible, I moved my rx back to walgreens after standing in line for 15 minutes one evening and neither of the 2 assistants could be bothered despite continued moving about back n forth past me to the drive thru window which seemed to be their priority, was I invisible? They need to hire a clerk for the cash register so the assistants can do their jobs. And a "hello" or "well be right with you" would be nice, worse location Ive seen after almost 30 years of patronage.

I recently came in to get a flu shot and I was treated very poorly by the pharmacy staff. They were rude and annoyed that I should have the audacity to come into the store and interrupt whatever it was they were doing. There was no line up and I had been patiently waiting for 30 minutes. I was polite and patient and in return was treated like an annoyance interrupting their day. This pharmacy offered extremely poor customer service, I highly recommend taking your business somewhere else if at all possible.

Staff is friendly, but with the huge influx of new residents and office space, Bartell Executives have yet to properly staff this location. Getting refills here used to average 5-15 minutes; now its an average of 20-30 minutes wait time! Come on Bartells! Support your hard working personnel in Redmonds Town Center location--Please!!

Multiple poor experiences with this particular branch. I filled my prescriptions here because of the convenient location, however, lost refill faxes, refusal to get in touch with my doctors office, and inattentive service at the pick up counter is driving me elsewhere.

Everytime I come here for my prescriptions I am reminded how much I hate it. The last time I was given someone elses medication in a bag labeled with my name. New pharmacy staff is needed badly. Only come if you have lots of time to waste
