They often make me hold for a minimum of 15 minutes on the phone and forgot about you so we had to call back. The front of the store has a dangerous curb and a customer fell on it and had a large laceration of his forehead, with a piece of forehead flap at least 4 inches in length, bleeding onto the concrete. He was face down on the parking with no staff from the pharmacy attending to him when we accidentally arrived. We found that incredibly irresponsible. They knew about him and had called the medics, but no one from the pharmacy was helping him. Two customers looking after an injured person in their parking right before the pharmacist and the managers eyes. One unrelated item: The advertised special prices often ring up at the cash register as regular, non marked-down. Best to keep track if you pick a sale item.

Personally, I am not mad at the pharmacy staff for being too busy to answer the phone. Its a real shame for the person who calls and cant get the info they need. From what Ive seen theres enough frustration to share. Its like this at a lot of the CVS Ive filled prescriptions at. They have it coming from every angle: drive thru, phone, and counter. At the CVS pharmacies Ive been to they run around like crazy, except for the Target CVS, they have seemed less crazy. The people working at this Lafayette CVS pharmacy have been very nice. I had no issue. Its a corporate issue that theyre too busy. Dont blame the staff is my opinion.
