Bad service,to start the guys at the yard are always hiding so they wont help you load the lumber and to get a yard ticket you need to go and look for them then you go inside to pay that takes about 35 mins .not the greatest lumber and expensive.

Absolutely horrible. Do not support this business. Ignored and treated horribly due to fact of a small purchase. I merely needed a small piece of wood cut to length. Was severely disappointed with the service of every employee I interacted with.

Bad customer service 5/24/16 been in the phone since 6:30 am and no one help me at all I had to hang to call my inspector before 8 am for counter service useless business I wanted to save time in case they dont have the materials that I need

Generally unhelpful and very expensive. They dont have a real procedure for lines or helping people and seem to revel in that awkwardness. It takes about an hour for their DOT MATRIX printer to make a receipt. Sucks bad.

This is a useless business. They cater to contractors trying to sell what ever crap they have on the floor. They never can be reached by phone or e-mail and they never call you back. Do not waste your time.
