The store is weirdly organized, so that its hard to find things. (The sink strainers wont be with the plumbing supplies, the drawer sliders wont be with the cabinet hardware, etc.) Apparently they must constantly move things, too, because the employees are equally baffled about where things are located. You ask for air duct covers, and they send you to an aisle that turns out to be closet doors. Very annoying, when you were hoping to just run in and quickly pick something up. And like most Home Depots, the employees dont seem to have any real motivation to sell you anything. I went in there once with a model number of a kitchen faucet I had found on their web site. I asked an employee if they had it in stock. Without even checking, he told me they dont carry 80% of the things on their web site, and he walked away. Turns out, they DID have it in stock. He was just too lazy to look. I will say that this store is cleaner than the Van Nuys location, is in a safer neighborhood, and youre less likely to be approached by day laborers in the parking lot. But every time I shop there, it really makes me miss the old independent neighborhood hardware stores.

I was sent to this store from another Home Depot, because they presumably had the grass trimmer I was looking for in stock. When I got to the store, I was told its on the truck in receiving yet to be unloaded and that they couldnt take it down immediately for me to buy. I paid for it with the intend on picking it up the following day. Well, its been two days later. The grass trimmer that I paid for is apparently still sitting on the truck waiting to be unloaded. Ive called repeatedly to check on my order to only be told "not yet". Two ideas I would like to propose to their management: 1. If its not on the shelf - dont tell me the item is "in stock" since I cannot buy it immediately 2. If I have to call you more than twice for something I had paid for and have yet to receive - chances are Im never coming back to your store again. PS. On multiple occasions Ive had their employees suggest to me to "buy it online instead". I know I can buy items online, I come to the store, because I can walk out with what I need then and there - apparently not. Next time I might just follow your employees advise and buy it on Amazon.

Terrible customer service. I have nothing against the store and goods itself and have been going here with my family for decades because we live close by. In my recent past experiences, the employees are rude and negligent. When I ask for help or directions, they act like its a chore and seem try to get rid of me as soon as possible. They never used to be, and were always helpful and eager to assist. Now even when I call with a simple question (Do you have Christmas trees yet?), that apparently requires 30 minutes on the getting getting transferred over and over again to different people who refuse to answer theyre phone because theyre probably playing Clash of Clans on their phones. My call would literally come off the waiting elevator music and ring, which is usually a sign someone will pick up soon. Then after a few rings, it was like the employee saw there was a call and just pressed the "wait" button again. My question would take about 2 seconds to answer! Train your employees better Home Depot, both in-store and over the phone. Dont alienate your customers over small things. Theres other stores out there.

Terrible they have plumbing stuff in an area away from plumbing stuff .no one knows were the stuff is THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK ON THE MOST USED ITEMS WHY WONT THEY ORDER MORE THAN NORMAL I HATE IT and let me tell you DONT BUY WEED WACKERS OR LAWNMOWERS, VACUMS ETC ETC YOU THINK THAT THEY WILL TAKE IT BACK EVEN WITH WARRANTY ON THEIR PRODUCTS THEY SELL YOU .WRONG THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO CALL THE MANUFACTURER AND SEND IT BACK TO THEM, SO THAT MEANS YOU PAY FOR SHIPPING.I DONT LIKE LOWES FOR THE PRICES BUT THEIR SERVICE IS EXCELLENT YOU DONT LOOK FOR THEM .THEY LOOK FOR YOU AND THEIR WARRANTY IS SUPER ON PLANTS AND TREES THEY GIVE YOU ONE YEAR WARRANTY AND ON THEIR TOOLS LIKE WEED WACKER LAWNMOWERS YOU TAKE IT TO THEM, THEY JUST EXCHANGE ON SAME DAY AND THEY HAVE A LOWES CARD NO MORE RECEIPTS LIKE STUPID HOME DEPOT IF YOU LOST RECEIPT OR IT FADES YOU ARE SCREW.HOME DEPOT USED TO BE GOOD BUT THE MORAL THE HELP THE MOTIVATION IS NO LONGER THERE WORKERS ARE NOT HAPPY AT HOME DEPOT IS IT MANAGEMENT IS IT THE PAY IS IT THE LACK OF KNOWLEDGE ?WHO KNOWS BUT ONE THING THEY HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE BEGINNING .

Bastante buena. ..hay muchos empleados que da gusto preguntarles cosas que necesitamos. ..Cómo yo que hablo poco inglé, .y ..a veces necesito preguntar en español, ...y le pregunte a alguien que habla español me sentí como que yo le molestaba .en cambio hable con mí poco inglés con un señor que hablaba sólo inglés. y me sentí feliz y comoda por su atención. ..por lo demas muy satisfecha! !!!!gracias

Esto es una mierda este Home Depot no tiene. Buen servicio. Espere más de 40 minutos para que alguien me ayudara con mi material. Al final lo tuve que sacar yo mismo porque nadie ayuda a los clientes solo se la pasan en los teléfonos asiendo nada no comprendo cómo es que una tienda cómo está tenga empleados cómo estos que solo a perder tiempo están

Not one of the better Home Depots, but a average customer service. Employees are not too engaged in helping the customers, hard to find them, their inventory is very light compared to other stores. Takes too long to get someone on the phone when you call and the information is conflicting when you go to the store to pick up the item such as water heaters, prices are compatible with other retail stores not the cheapest, on the other hand I think the service is little better at Lowes not that I shop there more frequently.

One of the few things to do when you enter this home Depot is to know what you are looking for therefore addressing on the cashiers or reps at the front door and request to page the proper department. What I found out is no one truly stays in there department which requires you to call them out of their hiding and request their assistance. It makes the process much easier and more efficient. Page an employee and wait for their presence to be known.

horrible. the service here is deplorable & everything is unorganized beyond all reason. I tried applying to this place in the past & the HR never got back to me. I called multiple times on multiple days & have left multiple messages asking him to contact me & he never did. So rude & unprofessional to not at least let me know that I didnt get the job.

3 Xs in the last 2 months they have been completely out of propane. Cant exchange tanks or anything; apparently all the tanks you see in the cages out front are all props... go to Lowes on Topanga & Roscoe; theyve had gas every time. .... update: this Home Depot also doesnt have any equipment rentals
