Needed an item for my childs school. Website said CVS had item available in store. Got there and couldnt find it. Asked if they could look it up. Said they had to have an item number. I asked if they could look it up by name; it was a CVS-branded item. They said they did not have the technology to look it up; they could only look up items by an item number. This is 2015. What kind of IT system doesnt allow a CVS employee to look up an item for a customer by name? Not sure if employee was lying or CVS really can not look up items by name, but either way: MAJOR FAIL.

Always have issues when I go to this location, never have the products I need, and the attitude or the people at the pharmacy is not cordial at all. I went to play the lotto in the machine I was in front of the supervisor and the machine took my money it broke down, I was told to come back other time to get my money back, bad service.

I dont know what the person is talking about... I live right around the corner from this place and I go there all the time. I usually have great service and the store is extremely generous in giving out coupons and discounts. I appreciate those deals a lot, and the convenience and customer service keep me going back.

The pharmacists and assistants work very hard here to get your prescription on time and in a emergency. Its a busy CVS so you need to understand that.
