Noticing a trend here? I bought a two items recently and they somehow managed to put my credit card number as the shipping address for one item. The other item they managed to put the correct address and was shipped to me... How in the world did you manage to do that? Now about 8 people at UPS all know my credit card #... Thanks DC! The item was returned to DC and I called customer service and spent an hour trying to fix this problem and try to get them to resend which was the most frustrating process ever... They could not resend the item and the item was now out of stock so I could not re-order.... To top it off I had a promotion code which went to complete waste and they wont replace it. Nothing got fixed. All the customer service reps gave me the "screw you kindly" attitude and did nothing to fix the situation... even though it took 3-5 business days for them to respond to me. I will never represent your company in any way and I hope anyone reading this understands... DC obviously does not care about their customers!

I bought new Court Graffik, size 13, Model Number 300529, less than 5 weeks ago for my son. My son doesnt skateboard, but there is a huge hole in the right shoe. I called The Boathouse in Toronto, where I bought the shoes, and they wont replace the shoes because it has been more than 30 days. I called DC shoes in CA. to talk to customer service, but I was bounced around to a voicemail. So, not only are the shoes wrecked, the business that sold them refuses to replace a $100.+ pair of shoes, but there is no customer service person to talk to. Not only has the Boathouse in Toronto lost my business, so has DC shoes. I will make sure everyone I know never, ever buys your poorly made, defective, crappy shoes ever again. Now I feel better about losing $100 and buying crap.

I purchased a pair of DC shoes for my son, unfortunately they were the wrong size. I was then charged for a second pair(replacement). I sent the wrong pair in and was told to wait 10-12 business days for a refund. They have had them in their warehouse for over 13 business days and still no refund. This is entirely unacceptable for a business these days to operate with these policies. Their customer service manager was no help either, I was told to just keep waiting.. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM DC SHOES AGAIN!!!!!! I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW WHAT CRAPPY SERVICE THEY PROVIDE!!!!!
