Normally good customer service with older gentlemen at counter, however last attempt to purchase redwing boots went bad , called in to make sure boots were in stock the young man said not available but call in tomorrow to check should come in any day ,after calling for a Couple of days he became unfriendly and gave me the line boots take seven to ten days to arrive or pay for them in advance to expedite process I said fine but you should have said that the first time and I'm not paying 225.00 dollars and wait for you to call me I'm sure he would give me better customer service with my money in his register.

I walked in to get my boots oiled. Normally, the whole process is less than 5 minutes. According to the lady at the front desk Id have to wait a day. To just oil my boots. She did mentioned that there were several customers who had dropped off their boots to get them repaired. Thats understandable if I were there to drop my boots off for repair. I had my boots oiled at two separate locations (Anaheim & Orange) both of which I walked in, got the boots oiled and left within 5mins. This was just a one time visit, But, never coming back to this location-- which is a shame.

If you say your going to promise a date for your boots to be ready they should, this branch has customer service all wrong, guy James says sorry we have a new system. Promise boots in two weeks not done till three weeks, blames it on Redwing what a team player. Last time I come here!!!!
