The customers service was bad the lady that helped us her name was eliben she was some asian lady with red hair...she was kinda rude to my grandma and when she was helping us her bf was there and instead of giving us her full attention she went and gave him a hug and said something 2 him...my grandma was making a exchange because the shoes she bought hurt her feet the lady said u cant have The shoe box because my grandma didnt bring the box back when she was exchanging her shoes....the lady that helped us should get written up for her bad survice

Staff was bordering between helpful and pushy. Bought a pair of shoes that were shipped to the house at no charge. Got the benefit of trying on the shoes for fit, but not the instant gratification of shopping in a box store.
