Tried to purchase a gift card with my company card and they treated me like a criminal told me it was cash or debit only. Teresa rudely told me visa wont pay them for it if its on a credit card except I went down the street to safeway and they told me that they are wrong and they always get people talking about that. Not to mention the lady who paged over head with 5 people in line someone else to come up and looked at us and walked away... what was that.

Very efficient, clean. Great selection of products. Options for check out include self-service which is great when I am on the run and only have a few things. Staff are knowledgable and friendly. 100x better than Safeway on Jackson where there are hardly any people at checkout so it takes forever and they for some reason always have boxes piled in the isles making it seem cramped and messy.

When I moved to the area I tried first to go to Safeway which is closer to my home in the Jackson Triangle of Hayward, but there were too few employees there and service was terribly slow. At this Lucky you dont have to wait long to check out, the store is clean and well stocked, the service is friendly, and parking is easy. Im very happy with this store.

Theyre so rude here theres a particular woman I have in mind I wish I caught her name will never go back to this one again Ive never been treated so rude before and I was not the only one she treated in ill manner she called the older man behind me stupid for npt understanding the checkout machine.. never going back thank you

Popped into a store Id never been to before looking for some lunch. The two women behind the Lucky deli counter were lovely. Cheerful, polite, efficient. The young cashier at check-out also. These three women gave me some renewed hope for humankind in these dark days. Almost made me want to move to this neck of the woods.

I had the worst experience of my life, The manager has poor customer service training. He did refuse to change a coin star voucher for me stating that he did not had money, when I went to another register, he took all the money just before it was my turn. Ill never go there again, and he should be more professional.

It is a okay place to shop by the way there is a lot of elders that go to this Lucky place so if you may a elder and you want to see this place o If you what age and you want to go o you near a lucky but not saw it is okay to be there.

They actually made new maps of the store that they passed around to everyone after restocking everything. Never seen this done before. I was told however the there was a competing supermarket with better values close by.
