I am a Starbucks regular, and I have NEVER experienced such terrible service at a Starbucks. Drive two blocks to the real Starbucks on Grand. The convenience of it being in Vons isnt worth it.

TERRIBLE!!! Those boys have no clue what they are doing....Rude!!!! After explaining twice how to prepare my drink...they couldnt get it right!! Walked out without a drink..
