I absolutely love the owner/manager, (not sure which or his name) but he is very nice and funny! But...the staff are not welcoming!! I hate being at a coffee shop and being made to feel like a nuisance when I ask for more cream in my coffee or to ask for sugar, because their out! I know how I like my coffee, and I will always have it fixed if its not right or if it needs more cream or ice ect. If Im paying $5+ for coffee I want it the right way.

Horrible. I frequent Starbucks, and the service was definitely not up to par. Coming from Seattle, I am spoiled perhaps. Though the comparison between Starbucks in Seattle and the Starbucks Team in Yakima is horrid. The staff was definitely unprofessional, sloppy, and have no consideration for making customers wait. This particular Store needs definite improvement!

I do a lot of travelling for work and use Starbucks as a way point to work in the field. I have to say this store in particular has the friendliest vibe of any of the stores Ive visited. Everyone was super friendly and even took the time to acknowledge me by name. This is awesome as that was the first time Ive been in this store. Great job!!

My wife and I werent on happy terms today, and she wanted to bless me by getting me my favorite, Starbucks. And I always get almond milk due to my dairy allergy, and the lady "Emily" said "Okay, great. Almond milk. No problem." She didnt. And Im paying the very painful consequences. If you want to keep clientele, TRAIN BETTER.

I have always got just what I ask for. I have hypoglycemia so only drink iced coffee or latte with only couple drops of flavor. They do get it just right for me.
