Stopped in while traveling from LA to Sacramento on business at 5pm today. The girl on the register obviously doesnt need to work in customer service. We were the only ones in there when she started talking down to us in a very condescending fashion. Figuring she was having a bad day or something, we were observing her treatment of another customer as we were waiting on our drinks. However she didnt treat him in the same manner as she did us. Seeing as I have a very Southern accent and I have already encountered this at other places here in California (because Im southern I must be ignorant etc) I will go ahead and assume that it was my accent asking for a venti smores and what kind of whip cream that offended her, causing her to be bitchy to me. Maybe this starbucks needs some advanced customer service training or cultural sensitivity training. But then again maybe they just need new management.

You know, all we can who is judge Starbucks against the other Starbucks. Let me start out with the one positive: the coffee tasted good. Also, the service was perfect. Now, the criticism. This place looks like a dump. You can check my pictures, but its obvious that these guys are trying to clean everything else and clean the dining room last so that they can clean it just once at the end of the night and leave early. My table has puddles all over it, and the trash is completely overflowing and disgusting at the condiments table.(Do we call them condiments here?) Simply stated, I didnt feel good this evening in this Starbucks. I expected better. Maybe thats my own problem.

The drinks were fine, as always. Plain iced coffee and an espresso are hard to mess up. Weve also been here a number of times and it has been way better. The service today, however, was horrible. About 6 or 7 people behind the counter and 2 were making drinks and moving in slow motion. The one making hot drinks would fling out a drink without calliny names, so all the customers would crowd around to check the cup. The line kept growing, parties of 2 had one person finish a drink before the other would come out, and guests were super patient and asking nicely for forgotten ice waters but were completely ignored by the staff. It felt like some weird twilight zone starbucks.

This place sucks. Very small and no space whatsoever. We all ordered different items and none of them tasted good. The drinks sucked. I also ordered 2 venti caramel frappes with extra caramel and didnt get that extra caramel. I wouldnt reccomend this place at all. I would strongly recommend the locations in Lemoore and Visalia.

Very small location (its connected to a gas station). Friendly staff. I must have gotten lucky because there was zero wait at the drive through when I arrived. Of youre headed to the San Jose area, this is the last Starbucks on the 5 until you reach Gilroy (about 70 miles away).

Dont even bother! Its a drive thru. Theres so much road noise its impossible to hear what anyones saying. When there was a pause in traffic enough to speak whoever was on the other end of the intercom was so rude I decided not to order anything and just kept driving through.

Its a little too crowded, and things tend to move a little slow. Also our order was messed up ( two drinks both were incorrectly made, I asked for Soy and got regular milk. My brother asked for coconut milk and was given regular milk as well)

This place sees so much traffic, having the bathroom urinal out of order and no hand soap is ridiculous. No parking and service was that if a McDonalds. coffee was great, I wish I had an alternative. .

When youre in dire need of a caffeine fix this is not the Starbucks to go to courteous and friendly staff but maybe a little too talkative because they cannot get drinks out fast enough.

Its another Starbucks but one of the few on the I5 so is usually crowded. Parking is challenging but has a drive through. The toilets experience a lot of traffic so are not as clean.

My Tea was good, not great. My husbands was GOSH-AWFUL! I got him black-tea lemonade, and I think they forgot the tea! So, 5 miles down the Rd we discover the iced lemons! BLECH!

So happy Google Maps was mistaken and there is a Starbucks at this exit. Fast, friendly, full-service and a Drive-thru so you can get right back in the road!
