Very bad customer service. My husband tried to surprise me with flowers sent to my door and the delivery man got the address wrong. Then tried sending them to my actual address and caught me while I was not home. He then told my husband he waisted his time. I called because I had got a request to call on my door after my husband told the man not to leave it because it will ruin the surprise and he did anyways. So I called and was talked to wirth such bad customer service. The man told me I yelled in his ear and then tells me my husbands didnt want to send me flowers after all. Very rude and very unprofessional. My husband is still trying to get his money back.

I have been using Grand Florist exclusively for the past year plus, have never had a bad arrangement. Flowers seem to stay fresh far longer than any other florist Ive used (maybe I just chose poorly in the past). Ive learned the hard way not to use the big online floral places, best to search for a nice local business like this. And, delivery is "Free" in Glendora; they are quick and on time. They send a text to the recipient if they leave a delivery at an unanswered door, and they email me when delivery is made: great customer service. Highly recommended.

Ive worked at many floral shops seasonally over the years and this shop by far is my favorite. I will continue to help there every major holiday and shop there every occasion necessary. I love there unique style of decor, including the enticing aroma candles, to the color coordinated floral arrangements. my personal favorite arrangement is with a 2 foot tall giant wine glass as the vase! My mother being a pinot noir lover was touched on mothers day when it was delivered. I also recommend their Margarita glass vase as well as the martini glass vase.

I sent my sister flowers while she was in the hospital. She went on and on about how beautiful her floral arrangement was! I originally tried this shop because they offer free local delivery. Next time I choose to bring them my business it will be because of their fabulous arrangements.

So disappointed in my delivery today. The driver called me to ask directions to my house. Totally ruined my surprise and my day! Isnt that his job? To know where he is going? I called to complain, and was greeted with annoyance and no apology. Will NOT be using them again.

Prompt, professional and accommodated my special request. They delivered to a nurse right before her shift started (which was after the shop closed). The arrangement was BEAUTIFUL. I will ALWAYS order my flowers from Grand Florist :)
