Don (the owner) was the absolute best! I felt like he really understood what I wanted from the first phone call. (And he was willing to work within my budget.) He had infinite patience in helping me choose the perfect flowers and arrangements for my wedding and reception. (TWICE, since I changed my colors in the middle of the process...) And he went the "extra mile" with set-up and delivery so everything was fresh and ready, exactly when it needed to be! I would definitely recommend Citrus Valley Florist. Thanks Don!

Horrible service!!!! We ordered flowers for my uncles funeral and they arrived late (in the middle of the service). We couldnt even use them at this point. My aunt also ordered flowers, and they didnt arrive at all. The owner didnt seem to care, and the delivery person was rude! We were already emotional at the funeral, and the horrible service from this florist made the event very stressful. Go somewhere else for your flowers!

The arrangements we ordered and received were just beautiful for my Moms Memorial Services, it was just what we wanted for her Urn. When we arrived they were all set up and looked so beautiful. We received flowers from this florist and they lastest two weeks with my checking the water etc. It was a lovely bouquet called "Paradise Found". I would not hesitate to order from them. My sister in Austin, Texas sent them to my husband to help him recover from an illness.
