THEY ALMOST RUINED MY SENIOR PROM My family wanted to buy me this beautiful corsage for me because its mt senior year so they picked out this amazingly gorgeous but also stupidly expensive but hey, it was gorgeous so they thought "its ok, itll be her amazing night, $64.95 is a small price to pay." Today I went with my mom to the floral shop to check on my corsage because well I havent seen it yet and I want to make sure it matches my dress. Upon arrival, the first disappointment was that they dont have this crystal clip that is suppose to go on the bottom of the corsage. Fine, that can be over looked with a discount, Im all for compromises. BUT, she deducted 5 dollars, only 5 dollars. In what way, can 5 dollars be enough? That crystal clip was a huge part of the corsage and honestly, if it was online, it should be on the actual thing too. So fine, no clip. Next the lady tells us that they dont have the ribbons with the right color. The lavender roses were suppose to be matched with a wide dark gray ribbon and slim silver ribbons. But I quote, "if I had the ribbons I would give use them!" WHY ON EARTH WOULD THEY BE SELLING STUFF ONLINE WHEN IN FACT THEY DONT EVEN HAVE IT IN STOCK? Alright, I dont get to have the ribbon that looks good with my roses and my mom is absolutely mad. The argument begins. The lady first tells us how she didnt take our order so she cant do anything, then that the owner wasnt there when in fact she is the owner, and as the "trump card," she blames it on the designer. Someone please tell me that there are no such occupation as a "corsage designer" because if there is, life just hit a new low. So... can I count this as online false advertisement? And possibly a fraud? Because if i didnt check in with them today, they wouldve seriously ruined my senior prom. And to think if they actually took $64.95 from my family for corsage thats barely what the Im suppose to get, that makes me mad. I would have sued if they didnt give my family their money back. Beauty of the whole affair, after I got out of that fraud of a floral shop, I got a different but equally beautiful corsage for $26.

Id like to give a quick update - I was contacted by Natalia and she quickly offered an explanation and was more then happy to replace the flowers. I appreciated the quick response to my issue. I am absolutely going to use them again based on their wonderful customer service and as I said before the roses looked great!!!
