Horizon Rise

Came here because it was the closest florist to get some flowers for my sister-in-law who just had a baby. Right as I walked in, I regretted it. The place smelled of cigarette smoke, there was not a lot of variety in the flowers, and the flowers that were there looked dry and dead. A woman quickly came to assist me and I asked for some pink roses in a vase. I waited half an hour for a simple five-rose bouquet. The arrangement was nice but the roses had brown spots all over. I regret ever coming here and not walking out. Will never come here again.

Wish I could put ZERO stars on this...Long story short , ordered wife $150 worth of flowers to be delivered to her office 6 minutes away from the flower shop...never got delivered..Called at 10am said theyre being delivered as we speak.Called at 1pm same response.Called at 4:30 to cancel order an would not let me. Gave me excuse after excuse on how even if they got delivered after she left work an someone else signed I would be charged!!!! Broke a long tradition of me sending my wife flowers on this day..Thank You Citrus Valley Florist!!!!

Getting Derek on the other end of a phone call eases ones mind when looking for the perfect arrangement. There is no doubt, our arrangement will look so stellar. My dad had me call and order an arrangement because what I had told him of Citrus Valley. I am done using other companies where Im not sure what the flowers will look like. I know, when ordering from Citrus Valley Florist, they will look, absolutely, positively so perfect! I am thankful for florist, like Derek, who truly put their love and passion into their work.

Very happy with this place!! After reading the reviews I had to go back to this place again. Im very happy that I did, very friendly staff Derek and Don was able to help me and deliver the roses asap!! Went in there around 12:30 and was delivered before 1:00. Now thats what I call good service. I asked if they can deliver right away and they did. They did me a Hugh favor. They helped me out because I knew the family was there to receive them. Thanks guys for your help!!! I appreciate it!! I will go back.

Thank you Hector... this is what the internet is for... i was in Cape Town, on a Saturday and wanted to send some flowers to my second Mum in Covina, you took the order, delivered them the same day, and i got a message from her son to say "Ma was floored by the flowers ... called and left a giddy message describing them to me. She said she has never seen such a beautiful (and big) arrangement!! Thx!!" so thank you Hector for making quite a few peoples day and by putting so much love into the bouquet...

Disappointed! I had paid over $160 for a standing spray for a distant relatives funeral, it turned out nothing like the picture on their website. My sister purchased one from another flower shop, way better and cheaper.

The arrangement made for my mom, after my dads passing, was simply beautiful. Derek really took the time to listen to Julie and it was made up so promptly. You will be doing a disservice if you dont use this florist.

Derek was the only florist I called around this area that was actually friendly and really wanting to help and go out of his busy way to help you. Only flower shop I will ever go to. Ask for Derek
