Unprofessional. I put in a time sensitive order that needed to be delivered the next day. I gave them my credit card over the phone and the confirmed they had it written down correctly. They then called me at my office, after business hours to tell me they had written down the number incorrectly. I was traveling on business the next day and the order did not get delivered. Additionally I said I wished to spend $100 on the arrangement. They then told it it would cost $115.00. That is not just the tax on the dollar amount, they were trying to chisel me. The flowers were not delivered, the time frame by which they would have been appropriate was missed, I will use Flowers By Cina in the future.

I was very lucky to meet Josy, when I needed flowers to a very special occasion (to someone thats very very very picky). I asked for the almost impossible (to make 3 different arrangements fit in one) she made it happen beautifully. I absolutely loved and adored what she did and I was already very happy with it. Just now, 3 days later Ive received feedback from the family that from all the many arrangements she received, mine was the prettiest one, woohoo!!! The whole family wanted to know where it came from and now Josy will have even more devoted clients. I loved the fact that Josys flowers made my wife and I look like the rock stars in the family!! Thank you again Josy

Bought a dozen roses, I asked for one of each different color And fill I the rest with red ones. the arrangement is beautiful. 4 red all others different colors. They are so nice and friendly!
