Fast, efficient, talented, and polite..a winning combination. It was Thanksgiving eve 2013, at 5:15 am, and I just remembered I needed flowers delivered today to a great client of mine. I was on the road to Northern Ca when it hit me. I googled “La Habra Florist”; saw several and chose Country Cousins because I liked their bio. I left a phone message to call when they got in. At 9:04 am Maria called me and said “What could they do to help?” I explained that I had a certain type of arrangement in mind, and it HAD to be there today. In fact I had a photo of the type of arrangement that I wanted. She had me email to her and voila, within just 15 minutes floral designer Young called back and we were in business. This duo was amazing. They sent me a photo of the completed arrangement, and left me a message when they were on the way to make the delivery too! How great for me that when my client calls me I can have knowledge of my gift, way different than a ‘point and click’ arrangement from the internet! In short, I could not be happier with my experience with Country Cousins Flower shop! They took the stress out of the task and delivered a high quality beautifully designed arrangement for a fair price.

I was looking for a shop near a friends fathers celebration of life. I emailed the shop after reading the other reviews and I was not disappointed! They emailed me that delivering the next day was not a problem and that theyd call me in the morning. I was called at 10:30 am, had placed my order by 10:40 am and found out the flowers were delivered at 12:45pm! I had picked out a few arrangements and we spoke about what flowers she had in and was very upfront about their condition (some of the tulips they just got last night and were still a little green). I was expecting a crazy delivery charge cause it was last minute and they only charged me $9!! Incredible! Wish they were closer to my house! I would definitely use them again!

I would like to share how happy I am, I live in Hawaii, couldnt be with my sister today as she under go surgery, I ordered a basket with flower and with indoor house plants, my brother in law sent me a picture of them and all I can say is how beautiful they are, I am so greatful and happy with Country Cousins Flowers, i absolutely strated crying because I know that basket will light up her day and it will show her how much she is loved. Ahhh-mazing customer service! Ordered flowers from Colorado for Mothers Day, and Heidi was simply wonderful. She even sent me pictures of what the flowers looked like before delivery. I was amazed, as the arrangement was far more than expected due to my limited budget. A pleasantly wonderful surprise. Thank you for providing more than expected, and delivering in epic fashion. I already received a call of thanks from my mother-in-law.

I went in to order sympathy flowers for home delivery. I brought a personally signed card to include in the delivery. The person that assisted me was so helpful and nice! I have never had such a positive experience or had such helpful staff at a florist. This is my recommended florist from this point forward. I would not consider using another local florist.

Very convenient location and cute store set up. I bought two orchids today for Mothers Day this weekend. I walked out of there with beautiful flowers for a great price (under $60 total). The employees were welcoming and friendly. I will be returning soon. Thank you.

Great customer service and prompt reply. There was a worker named jenny choi that had great knowledge and was very helpful. Good atmosphere and great flowers. It was very affordable. The deliveries were great and easy with just a minute to deliver and go.

I called for a last minute request flower deliver for tomorrow, and they were able to deliver it the same day! The lady who picked up was very helpful and would definitely order from them again. Hopefully the flowers turn out beautiful!

Paid for flowers and a balloon, and only got the flowers, i called the shop and no answer, no problem for the money, but it ruined the surprise for my mom, thanks country cousins flowers.
