I am very happy with my order experience online. However, the bouquet my mother-in-law received was not what I paid for. According to the website, it states that the lowest price or the "standard" price will get one a bouquet arranged approximately as shown on the website; well the picture shows more than a dozen roses in the arrangement; I purchased the Rose Delight bouquet in the "Premium" price range, or the most expensive price range. Moving on, if one upgrades in price, to the "Deluxe" price, or the middle/second price range, it states that the bouquet will be upgraded in size and will look fuller. And last, if one upgrades to the final and highest price range, or the "Premium" size, (which is the price I paid for,) it states that its their most impressive display including more fullness and a larger size. So, according to the picture; which again, had more than a dozen roses, I was expecting a bouquet with many more roses than a dozen, fuller and larger in size. What my mother-in-law received were 12 roses!!!!!! The vase was small and the water looked murky, the bouquet did not look full at all. I am so disappointed and I feel deceived. I basically paid over $65 for 12 roses. I feel ripped off. In the past, I ordered through a third party website, which contracted them to make my floral arrangements and I was very pleased with their work as they made a huge flower arrangement and it was fuller and larger in size because I paid for the premium price. I decided to go with the florist directly this time so they would get the full payment instead of sharing a percentage with the third party and so I didnt have to pay servicing fees and shipping; but I am disappointed with their work. I ordered two floral arrangements for two different days for two different moms. Well see how the second arrangement looks tomorrow. A plus ordering from this florist is that they have free local shipping which I was able receive.

I found out that City of Hope Cancer Hospital does not allow fresh flowers, only silk flowers or balloons or stuffed animals. I called a nearby florist who referred me to Rancho Duarte Florist for silk flowers. Spoke to Rosie there and she was very nice and fixed me up quickly and said it would be delivered same day, without my asking for that. She offered several selections of silk floral arrangements or balloons with stuffed animals, and I picked silk flower arrangement and told her my budget. Good service and I am happy so far!

I am very happy with the excellent customer service provided and beautiful floral arrangement I ordered from Rancho Duarte Florist. I needed flowers sent with "same day delivery" and I was calling after 12pm. I wasnt sure if it would be possible. The woman on the phone was great, she assured me the flowers would be beautiful and delivered by 4pm.. At 4:15 I received a call from the recipient who was thrilled at the gorgeous floral arrangement they received!!!

Cant say enough good things about Rancho Duarte Florist. I placed an order for a funeral arrangement this morning and got a call about a half hour later from Mr. Hoogasian himself to let me know that the arrangement I chose would be a problem for the place where it was to be delivered. He fixed the problem immediately. Great customer service. Agree with all of the other google reviews.

Amazing mom and pop store. Rosie is the best and can do anything. You can really tell they care about the customer. and will always try to make the customers happy. I have shopped at Rancho Duarte Florist for years, and they have never disappointed me. I will forever be a returning customer because of their great service, kindness, compassion, and great prices.

Ive been using florists for years and this experience was extremely poor. The woman who made an arrangement for me refused to add more color to my arrangement without trying to add on a huge cost, and the flowers were poorly arranged and overpriced. Ive been to florists with a lot more skill, at a better price. Stay away from this place.

Loved the service I got from this place. I had to place a last minute delivery for my grandmother on valentines day and they were able to get it to her at a reasonable time. I loved it so much i decided to go through this company to send her birthday flowers and balloons and they got to her before noon.
