when i called them to see about ordering something to pick up on the way home, that they had on their website, the girl was completely lost, didnt know what i was talking about, when i described it to her, she was like oh sorry, we dont have that, we cant get that for you tonight, now mind you, supposedly, i could have ordered it on their website, payed the delivery charge and had it there same day. i understand sometimes that things go out of stock, but the girl didnt even try to upsell, or even offer something different that would have worked, she seemed to want to get off the phone and not help a potential customer. its unfortunate, but customer service is dead...
