DO NOT go to SPRINT for your wireless needs. Sprint is by far the most deceitful/untrustworthy wireless carrier out there. You are better off going to Metro PCS or T-Mobile if you are looking for more reasonable plans. I, myself, went to my old wireless carrier (VERIZON) three (3) weeks before my contract ended. I started my plan with SPRINT February 2012. March 2013, I walked into Sprint Store in Gardena to purchase the iPhone 5 at Retail Price because I made aware that my contract was not up for an upgrade. I spent over $800 that same day. The CSR and the STORE MANAGER managed to renew my contract with my approval and without me signing a new contract. I came back within 14 day return policy, not to return my phone but to confront the CSR and the Manager about what they had done to my account without my approval. The Manager looked at the CSR and told her, "FIX IT." She smiled at him and said, "GOT THIS." She should me on her computer that my contract date had been changed back to its original date and I walked out the store. Months later I called the 800 customer service number to find out that the change had never been made. To make this looooooong story short. I am still battling with SPRINT regarding this issue. SAVE YOURSELF A LONG TERM HEADACHE, DO NOT CONTRACT WITH SPRINT.

Incompetent and inconsiderate staff. Was put on hold for over 15 mins to "go find out" the answer to my question. At least inform the person on hold that you are still investigating, and acknowledge that you havent forgotten about them. I think they were just expecting me to hang up instead continuing to hold. The manager picked up and confirmed that they forgot they had me on hold for so long.....Definitely not the customer service I expected from Sprint.

One of the guys there I think his name is David he has glasses and is kinda fat he sold us iphones7plus He overcharged us we had insurance and he took it off with out authorization and our bill went up to 187 honestly go to the one in Compton this one is not good I dont think they know how to do there job right here
