Update: its August 11th and I am still waiting for the replacement battery. Email District Manager and he was to get back to me ASAP per his email. Still waiting......... Worst store for replacement battery for a tablet. Still waiting since June 2, 2016 for the battery to come in. Did I tell you its July 27th? Trying to get a manager to call with an update is like pulling teeth..... I suggest you call places before you have to leave you device at Staples in Carson.

This staples has a great staff of workers especially Diana who works in the printing department she goes out of her way to help you with the printing or copying machines..I am illiterate when it comes to copying machines... Thanks to the great friendly staff! I enjoyed shopping in this staples store!

Called to see if I can send a fax to a client and he will be over to pick it up. I was told their fax machine broke this morning! they have two machines, one to receive and one to send, the one to receive a piece broke this morning and they dont know when itll be fixed?! Wow.

Great store and really nice staff. If you have documents to print, and it is close to closing time.. Be sure to get there early because even though it says that they close at 8pm, sometimes they close 15 minutes early! So give yourself plenty of time!

The associates were very courteous and helpful. The wait time for service to get a furniture item was too long (about an hour) because the store was understaffed. The product is very nice and was easy to assemble.
