Terrible service. Brought my AT&T phone here because it wasnt holding a charge. The manager picked it up and asked when I bought it. I told her I had the phone less than a month. When I told her that I didnt buy the phone from that store but from another AT&T store, she put the phone down and said, "I cant help you." Her reasoning was because I didnt buy the phone at that store. She wouldnt look at it, tell me if there were charging issues with that particular phone, or give me a number to a store that could look at it and give me answers. It was literally the worst customer service I have ever received. She treated me like a leper in the Old Testament. I will never return to this store in my life under any circumstances.

I had an wonderful experience with this At&t locations ! As soon as I walked in everyone stood up and greeted me ! I never had that experience at any other locations . The rep Savanna was awesome she was kind and hopeful. She helped me get exactly what I needed and didnt try to just sell me because she was rep. she knew exactly what she was talking about. Savanna kept a smile on her face the entire time and made me feel so welcomed. I will always come back to this location for everything I need ! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I would recommend her and this store to my family friends ! THANK YOU AT&t

This was the best AT&T store Ive been to thanks to a wonderful young lady named Savanna. I initially came by to make a bill payment and she informed me of other services like great discounts for Direct TV, cell phone upgrades which I never pay attention to, tablet and iPad deals and even discounts Im eligible for. She was extremely professional and nice as well as very informative. The type of person that goes the extra mile when it comes to customer service! I would definitely recommend her to family and friends!

This store has the worst customer REPS THEY JUST DONT KNOW ANYTHING they make you waste youre time they ask you to call customer service for everything it seems like all the can do is sell you accessories. And take a payment and even then if it dont makes them commission or points they send u to customer service... Horrible service!!! Had a list to sign in but they didnt use it. At least 5 people were seen before us that got there after us just because they were paying their bill. Unbelievable! We left without even being helped after waiting for almost an hour. AT&T will be notified of this store and the unprofessionalism of the employees. Theyre about to lose some of their customers over this experience!

I have never had and experience at an AT&T store like I did today. I was helped by a young lady named Aliaze, who was amazing. I had came in to get a new phone as well as direct tv. She gave me great deal that I couldnt believe! I would definitely recommend her as well as the store to my family and friends!!!

I come to this location all the time and the customer service s always great. Hansel was my sales Rep and Sean the manager took good care of me today in getting my new phone. They transferred all my info and set up my Bluetooth. I recommend this location to anyone and ask for Sean.

I use to go and pay my moms bills all the time to help out. They have a female employee who is very childish and unprofessional and rude overall . I feel this way because she refuse to take my mothers money and made a sense about a money in a sock . Im going back for her name.
