Been here 4 times now and I noticed that its always clean and organized for the most part, but sometimes its under staff or over staffed; and everybody that I saw work there can speak good English and Vietnamese, they are nice while you ask questions, and they always keep a positive vibe there. People who write a bad review about somewhere, and they havent been there in person are ignorant. I think you should give this place a try before you go to GameStop/Best Buy because GameGeeks has everything that GameStop/Best Buy has, but GameGeeks has things at a cheaper price and more things that GameStop/Best Buy dont have; like for example a Play Station, Nintendo 64, and much more. I hope my review help some people out on choosing if this is the place to go to.

The employees here are awesome and their boss or supervisor whatever he is is incredibly helpful. They always go out of their way to give satisfaction to return customers and make new customers feel welcome with open arms. They answer questions about retro games and consoles with great accuracy and will give you their honest opinion on newer games even if its a negative response that would turn you off from buying it. Every time Ive visited the employees are more concerned about you having a good experience rather than just sell sell sell. Overall great store and great atmosphere.

Best game place to get systems and fix any electronic device and system. I always go to this place for all of my electronic and gaming needs. The team they have is the best they always take care of me and always get my request done in a timely manner. Prices are also the best way better than any other game store Ive been too. They have always beaten other prices of all the other game stores. I recommend this store to anyone that needs games, game systems, iPods, iPads, phones, computers, just your any electronic gaming experience.

I went to this shop in Garden Grove travelling from Long beach, Joe and his associate really helped me out with a Sega Saturn. Answered my questions, tested it, cleaned it and even gave me a new battery for the save system when i purchased it. Very prompt and courteous service. They have a neat selection of games and controllers too. Great thing is they also do warranty and repairs on electronics. I recommend this place as a good place for retro game fix and electronic care.

These guys are great. They had my ps4 repaired in just a few hours. They were very polite and courteous, and gave me a great price. They also took the time to explain to me what exactly was wrong with my console and told me how to avoid problems in the future. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I love this place. This place is such an amazing store to go to. Its very family friendly hole in the wall shop that everyone should buy, sell and trade here. I love new and old games and Ill be coming here every often to complete my console collection. This is by far the best game shop that Ive ever seen.

They rip you off on games and I have bought 2 controllers from them that dont work and when I returned one for them to fix, they never got back to me for 2 weeks. When I went in to ask they told me they couldnt fix it and couldnt give me a refund but gave me another remote only for it to not work

Very friendly service this guy is actually a "game geek". He helped me find the part I needed and even offered to help me if I needed help installing it and gave me advise. I know people write reviews like this all the time but believe me its true I highly recommend them if you love gaming .

I dont usually write reviews but Joe provided such great service I had to. My supernintendo wasnt working and now its in repair, Im happy it can be fixed. Im also going back for a Nintendo 64. Not only was the service friendly it aS knowledgeable. Thanks again!

These guys are great. Ive gone to them for years every time my kids have broken a peice of equipment and they have fixed it better than new. Great selection of games new and used and accessories. Most of all really knowledgeable advise.

Some stuff is refurbished, so if youre a fan of OEM, Id be cautious. The man is a great business man and works really hard. He sets nice displays and bundles good deals. Dont be afraid to ask this guy questions, hes really smart.
