The sell man was rude , the fat guke (Chinese) sold me a game. Didnt work due to the game required lots of memory, I came to change the game and just cuz I didnt had the recipe he didnt want to change it,, I had dig in the trash for it. So now he tells me that if I need to change it ,, I got to go to another place.his name is Donovan..

Visited there today looking for a pre paid game card and left with what I came for! They didnt have what I wanted out on the floor but *Morganne* was able to print a code out for me for my specific price range! I really appreciate that what was done for me and Ill be coming back soon, thanks!

The staff is very kind. They are the best people to have a conversation with. Ive been living near here for about 14 years, and every time I walk in there, no matter who it is, the people are still very kind. Love this store and hope it never changes

they had me on hold for over 11 min. i tried to call back they didnt answer. i have no ideal what i say wrong to deserve it. my son love them. now i have to tell him , we will never go to another game stop again. sucks racist indeed!

The only place I know where they dont harass you for a reservation of a game but the employees are down to earth and one can really enjoy a simple conversation over future games or game they would recommend to play. Kudos to you all

Excellent staff providing excellent service. The managers know an incredible amount about the deals you can get which saves you money. Just as consistent with other Gamestops when it comes to midnight launches.

Had a pick up ready and at 5:02 wouldnt let me complete my transaction due to their closing at 5pm. Pathetic customer service and make it evident why more and more GameStop locations are closing.

Ok service. Store opens at 10 am. Came by 3/21 to pick up mass effect but the store was still closed. 45 min pass still no one. Dont know what happen.
