Worst gamestop in the history of gamestops i have been too. Paulina which i think is the assistant store manager was very rude and obnoxious. I helped at least three people with buying games while she just had a scowl on her face the whole time. she works there every time i usually go to gamestop with games i bought that came out last week telling me they are defective when i trade them in. I think see needs to open her eyes more often to tell they are defective or not since i take care of these games well. I also sent in an application one day since I havent had a job for a while and she yelled me that I never worked in a liquor store before! I have worked at a liquor store at my uncles for about 4 years or so. If you want a rude, obnoxious, arrogant, and lazy worker then go ask for Paulina.

I personally wanna say thanks a BUNCH to LEE! He totally saved my weekend. I came in looking for Little Big Planet with the ps3 controller bundle. They didnt have it, but he was nice enough to offer to look it up for me. He found it over in Anaheim and had them hold it for me :D He totally saved my weekend and that means a lot to me. I work in the Ambulance business and I only get Saturday and Sunday off and work 55+ hours a week so when someone saves my weekend, they REALLY save it! Thanks again!

Called the store and was immediately put on hold. Fifteen minutes later the line was picked up and then hung up. I called back several times after and was ignored. Ill be taking my money elsewhere instead of Gamestop
