I came here to buy a game. A used game costed $60 all together with tax. The new game costed $65. Am I missing something here? A $5 deduction off of a used game? Back in the NES days you could get more than a fifty percent discount on a used game. This was before they invented the wheel and internet game ratings werent a thing so the only way to be sure a game was ok was by buying it used and then returning it a few days if it sucked. Plus the the customer service is usually consisting of a couple snot nosed pimple faced teens babbling on about some pokeman jibberjabber. -Gideon.

What do you retards think? You can keep buying used games (at a meager discount) and the game companies wouldnt react? You will understand why they charge you extra $10 every other month for content that should have been in the game in the first place. Now your spending up to $90 on a game that should have costed $60. "The Circle of Liiiiiiife". But dont take my word for it! Google it.

Good staff, mostly. I get that they are trying to make money, I just wish that theyd so try to push things on me like a warranty or accessories I dont want or need. Let me go in there, but what I want and need, and maybe talk a little shop... dont be pushy. Other than that. This is my favorite GS in the area.

They sold me a Xbox One and like two weeks later it stopped connecting to my Wi-Fi I call the store and they tell me they cant give me a refund they can only get me a new one and its messed up because I spent a lot of money with these people and I cant even get good enough customer service

walked in hoped to buy a pc game and one of the employees refused to show me where the pc games were kept and ignored me when i tried asking him something left empty handed, probably not all the employees are like this but i will not be going to this gamestop any time soon

They never have anything in the store. Restocking pretty much never happens. I order a store pickup for a pre-owned charger and they gave me a new and more expensive charger. Not reliable
