My son Pre-ordered a copy 2k-16. It wasnt a regular edition either, it was a special edition Michael Jordan version. The WHOLE POINT of pre-ordering is to be guaranteed a copy of the game. When he went on the games release date, they told him that they didnt have any more copies. Then they tried to sell him a regular edition of the game. After my son refused to accept a different game than that of which he already payed for, they instructed him that another shipment would come in on Tuesday. Now we BOTH have to go back on Tuesday, wait at least an hour (It doesnt matter how little the amount of people, the service time in that store is really bad) and hope that they actually have his pre-ordered copy.

Tried to purchase FIFA 16 for 3 days with multiple credit cards and the online system failed repeatedly. I called 3 times and visited the store but they could not correct the issue. The game was advertised at $30 when I purchased the game but their system failed and wouldnt process anyones cards. They then told me I could only get the game for $60 even though I have evidence of the game being sold to me at $30.

I describe the Quality and appeal of the store excellent, as it has all the games u want and its in a coo location. However, the customer service via phone is horrible. In person, they are great. I agree with the previous reviewer. Come to the store they treat u right. Call in and they act like they dont give a damn about you. But overall I like this store and frequently buy and sell games there.

Called looking for a simple xBox power cord and the girl who picked up was so rude and gave me an incorrect quote because she would not listen to what I was trying to tell her. If I was the manager here Id fire her immediately. Called the one at 3401 hastings village and they were super nice and told me exactly what I needed to know. Its amazing how drastic the two experiences were.

People in the store are nice and helpful. But when it comes to phone service, they are different. They hook-up the phone to avoid costumers calls. My friend and I have hard times to call there. Even they pick up the calls, sometime they told us to wait for a couple minutes and left the phone for more then 10 minutes and not answering!

Things have changed. Nowadays returns are valued as much less. You return a game and get $5 for something that they will turn around and charge $30 - $40.
