Horrible Experience. Store Employee sold me wrong item. Came back the next day, wouldnt allow me to Return or Exchange item, No store Credit, NADA. Employee called his Supervisor on phone. Supervisor wouldnt talk to me, "Store Policy" according to them. Finally after returning to store many times they decided to buy back Item. It was a (Nintendo Wii U controller) I paid $59.99 And they offered me $30 for it.. Never going back. Horrible customer service.

Good store, staff is okay. Good sales on used games. It was cool to see all the retro games. Definitely felt a little unfortunate being a short young woman in here. Prices are volatile, they change all the time, so if you dont like the price, come back another day or order from Amazon. Lots of collectors items!

Place was great awesome selection of older games walked out with a ps2 and a bunch of games for practically nothing......very nostalgic store to see all my favorite older games you cant get any more.....service was awesome as well highly recommend

Great selection of games w/decent prices. Also had great service, employee was knowledgeable and even gave me tips on how to test my old N64. Glad I decided to stop by, got a couple of games & will definitely be back again.

This videogame "store" has employees that seriously need to improve their attitude. Received rude service every time I go here. Also if you want to play on the machines or buy a game you need a $10 membership!!!

I wanna get my game fixed but they are never open even though it says there open i went on 5/14/17 and it said they are open till 1pm to 8pm and they werent open with people sitting by the door waiting

Excellent customer service. I phoned ahead to make sure they had the game I wanted. They had it. The guy said, give me a minute to boot it up to make sure it works good. I really appreciated that.

I like the place. Their older games like super Nintendo are a little pricey but theyll work around your budget if you talk to them. Im surprise that have a lot of retro games.
