Theres usually that one employee that gives you problems, but if youre lucky, you get the golden employees. Almost every time Ive been here, it seems like theres always only one guy at the counter, doing a lot at once. The bad employee, however... Every purchase is returned condescending "knowledge", complete with not knowing games (how do you not know anything in a game store?) and then you get labeled by them for getting an "anime" game. I dont know if that guy is still around, but good lord... He didnt even bother trying to look for a case for a game before. The good employee ? He will try. At least, try. There are more employees, but this is just something thats bothered me for the past few years. That and honestly, even a "not-so-good" employee is better than that bad one. Very, very hit or miss with your experience. Ive even heard that either the bad, or another bad one, ended up up selling destiny 2 and a ps4 pro to an old lady, basically implying and using wordplay to get her to buy another ps4.. Scum like that shouldnt live. Also, people do like to blame all workers, but you know, not all of them hold much power about policies. They need a paycheck. Unless you give them one, consider that there are situations and that some rare employees actually do care. In this case, that guy did not. Be wary. A shame I dont have names down..

Waited in line for 20 minutes while the only clerk in the store let two indecisive customers hold up the line for 5 other customers who were ready. Purchased 3 games, and I should have checked the disks before leaving the store. One of the games was scratched and the other was a demo version instead of the full game. Will not visit here again

You can call anytime and you will be put on hold and it takes them close to around 20 till they get back to your call. Ebay is the way to go when you want to find a game your looking for its far cheaper and can get some of the special add ons on games.

Hit or miss with the service. Attitude is everything. They think theyre serving a kid and get weird when they see Im a 26 yo man trying to buy a M game. Why they care? Ill never know. Only good thing is the prices and trade in system

Ive gone to this game stop for years and tonight will be the last visit. I spent $500 freaking dollars on a new system and the free codes dont work. when I called them for support they just told me to call playstation. they suck
