If you are someone who wants to support a business of integrity, then heed my warning and do NOT come here. I bought an Xbox 360 here because they couldnt repair mine that had the 3 rings of death and it was only $10 more than the original repair bill. Little did I know, that upon testing it out before purchasing it, it had indications of graphic errors which later turns into the red ring of death--however, I hadnt played the 360 in years so I just shrugged the fuzziness in the pixels off as an old graphic-style. Now just over a month had passed by (well after the return policy), and but of course! This Xbox 360 had the 3 rings of death itself. Sadly it had been just over a month and I didnt pay any mind to what had happened to the receipt since it "seemed" to work fine. Although it did still have the original price sticker that they put on it. So I figured--they definitely do have an inventory system and can track the transaction. I went back in the most respectful of manners and kindly asked for a refund and they told me that they couldnt do that, but they would charge me a reduced repair rate of only $20. I had spent well over $100 in games here since I got the Xbox, in no way was going to pay an extra $20 on a system that they sold with indications of malfunction. It was just a downright shady experience and the manager was smiling throughout the whole process as though he was getting off on the situation.

Let me start off by saying that this store has one of the best customer services Ive experienced. They are friendly, nice, helpful, knowledgeable and most of all I noticed customers who they greeted by their first name! It was a great first time experience as I brought my xbox in for repair. They had a full on warranty and I saw many boxes in for repair. They filled out an official repair form and I was on my way within minutes. I then received a call literally 45 mins later and found my box to be fixed and ready for pick up. I couldnt have asked for better service and quality of staff. I HIGHLY recommend this store if youre looking for a better alternative for a game store.

Wide selection of classic and new titles. One of the only places around that repairs discs, and they also repair consoles. Prices are either the same as what you would find on gamestops website or amazon (but without shipping, so better) or lower. Now they dont have every flagship title for older systems, but theyre selection is still massive. Titles like Melee, Luigis Mansion and Double Dash are going to run you $40-$60 just like they would online, but you can still walk in with $5 and leave with something incredible, like God of War or Sly Cooper. And for $15-25 games like Banjo Kazooie, DK64 And Super Mario World are all available. What are you doing not shopping here?

I liked the "darker" atmosphere upon entering this new age video game store. The staff was actually attentive and friendly, like most places should be. What I really liked were the nostalgia they carried at the store. I used to play the N64 day in and out (Goldeneye 007) and was surprised to see one there. It seems as is if they do console repairs as well as disc repairs because I noticed some people coming in for those services. I like versatility and this place seems to have it when compared to stores like gamestop and best buy. I will frequent this place more often as it is actually a pretty cool place to be in and the customer service is very nice.

Wow, brough my xbox 360 in today for repair. An hour later, the tech bring me the box and told me it is done!!! He connected, tested with the game on my xbox. The guy even took out a broken xbox and give me the xbox101 lesson and advice me how the maintenance it. Not only that, the guys there are very friendly and professional. Before i took my box here, i found some other guys ad on craiglist, i went to his place, a garage...i got the hell out of there. I came to now call PTR Games (before play n trade) with the real business, real paper work and they even wrote down my box serial on the paper....Awesome service, fast and friendly.

AWSOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. There are many video game stores, but none that have service like this. Ive taken a PSP there and they were great, spent hours trying to get it covered through warrantee. Then I brought in an X-Box to be repaired on Dec.23rd @ 6:30 (they close @ 7) for an X-mas present. They said they could not guarantee it by X-mas. I left it anyways and 1/2 hour later they called me and told me it was finished. I had one happy teenager!!! There are closer stores to me, but I will always drive for their knowledge & service.

Shady!!! I took my PS3 in to get looked at.. They said they couldnt fix it.. Stole my laser out of my PS3 thinking I didnt know anything and would just get rid of my PS3 for a new one.. Got the motherboard re balled and the unit is up and running but now my laser is bad>? Coincidence? I think not. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!! Dont Bring your PS3 here unless you want them to steal parts from your system. Called and talked to the Manager and he said I was a liar and hung up on me..

I came here to get my xbox fixed because I saw the reviews on their page. Luckily I was not disappointed when I came in as I was greeted by a happy associate and was immediately taken care of. More impressively was the time it took to get my xbox fixed. They literally took 45 mins to get it repaired! It was quick, hassle free and most of all they were super nice. I would recommend anyone from families to girlfriends (like me) to come here and check this place out. =D

I came in to get replacement analog thumb stick pads and found them quickly. The gentleman at the counter was already assisting another person and as soon as his co-worker came out of the back, he rung me up. A good 1st experience. Will come back next week when Tekken 7 comes out.

They are the best in prices and customer service. Will work with you make sure you get the best deal! Ive been to a lot of video game stores in this one is by far my favorite especially for Orange County... They still have ancient games at a good price too!

I called to ask if they had a particular game and the employee laughed really loud and said no then I said ok thank you anyways and the employee still laughing said good luck!.... Thats extremely rude and unprofessional.

PTR Games is one of my favorite game store they have a good amount of games and they also have a good repair service I highly recommend you come here my one complain is that they dont have that much PSP Games.
