AWFUL. The staff is always unattentive and incompetant. They take forever to "help" you and in the end, Waste your time and try to rip you off or force you into doing things their way. They need some serious changes to be made. Not just THIS Gamestop, All of them. This company is awful, They believe they have a monopoly on Games/Tech so they act like total jerks. Never shopping here again.
