I believe THIS Gamestop was one of the worst customer service I have ever been to. After three visits, i notice the manager had an attitude to me and my friends. The games stock were fabulous and all,but as of my fourth visit, i brought my friend with me and I was about to buy a Turtle Beach X11 headset. The manager exclaims that I was not able to purchase because of my friend s mom yell at the manager. FIRST of all I have no relationship with my friend expect we were friends.Not only that but I don t even know his mom?! Is this a joke?!

Brought In ps4 to sell. Told me I would get 150$. Made me delete All my stuff on the system in the store. and then said there only giving me 55$ because the top of the ps4 all of a sudden needed to be replaced because it was "dirty". would take away stars if possible. customer service sucks, called to ask for availability on a game was told they had one copy and they were going to make sure it was there I was on hold 20 min then hung up on, spent 30 min of calling back and no answer wtf thanks for wasting my time

I came all the way over here to get a simple thing and the dumb people there confused the labels so it was just a huge waste of time and a huge disappointment on this gamestop I recommend it for people who like to waste their time.

Shhh it was perfect, was able to get what I need quickly and efficiently. Some other must have had bad employees. The ones I met are pretty funny and they are serious when it comes to asking for something. They deserve a raise :D

Its a good store, but sometimes the sales people can be a little pushy with trying to get you to pre-order stuff. Also, not trying to be a jerk... But the black guy smells. Like come on, dude! Dont be a slob... Take a shower!

Best game stop ever I live this store to bad they fired some really cool ppl and only problem was the guy with really long nails pretty gross didnt really give out good info on gales either

Idk what other people experience says but I only went in to get the recent pokemon mew giveaway and they took two seconds and gave it too me.
