Friend preordered me Star Wars Battlefront for Xbox One from a Gamestop in Burbank... Went in to redeem the game and was told I would have to travel to Burbank to pick it up and have my friend present. Did the same process with Best Buy, only the game was for PS4 and had 0 issues, only had to wait for the customer service person to locate the deluxe edition on the floor... Moral of the story is dont buy from Gamestop period. Their policys are trash vs their competition and they will not be there to help you after you spend your money.
