I was actually hired on as a seasonal worked from november thru decemeber. The store manager who hired me was given a better position and a new store manager, Monica, was given the position from some other store. Any ways this girl had no place being a manager. She was extremelly mean and gave me 2 days to work out of 8 weeks. Those 2 days being Black Friday and the following day, totally 8 hours of work. So basically the seasonal workers were hired so the employees there didnt have to work so much on the holidays. She gave me crap when it was the first day and I was still getting the hang of the new job. How can you expect someone to learn how to work somewhere when the first day you have them work is the busiest day of the whole year. In my opinion she is horrible and does not deserve to have a managers position. Why keep me dangling on a hook every week hoping to get a days worth of work during the week just to hear her tell me "oh your no scheduled this week call back next week" when she damn well knew she wasnt gonna give me the time. She should of told me hey we dont need you maybe you should look for a different job." The rest of the team there is pretty solid and very nice. They at least know how to help a new employee learn the ropes. But Monica does not know how that is done.

The best place to buy or sell games in Irvine! Ive been a customer at this GameStop for a few years now and have only had great experiences. The employees are genuinely devoted to providing you with the product you want and are very knowledgeable. Ive also attended many midnight release parties for big games like Halo and Battlefield 3 because they really make those nights awesome. Their system for checking out is the most efficient Ive ever seen and they always get some kind of food from the nearby Baja Fresh and have even provided energy drinks in the past. Raffles for posters and even books enhance the experience even more. In short, if your in Tustin, Irvine or Santa Ana and want to buy or sell video games, this is the place to do it. The best experience, the best product. Thats what GameStops all about.

Went there last night with my girlfriend. We were initially greeted by a nice young girl who offered her help. We told her we were just browsing and then spent about 10 minutes in the store. Picked up a few items and then walked up to pay for our items while 2 male employees were behind the counter having a conversation. Neither one acknowledged us. At first we were being polite and waited for them to finish. The girl who initially helped us was busy picking out Infinity figures for another customer. Other than them, the store was pretty empty. Amused, I then whispered to my gf and we wondered how long they were going to ignore us. Over five minutes went by and we gave up. Amazed at the horrible customer service, we left the items and walked out. GG Gamestop.

Sandwich McNugget

I got ripped off, I pre ordered gears 4 a month ago, 2 copies, of the ultimate edition. Picked them up at 9 yesterday and, although I was told explicitly by a David (sales associate ID 443786) otherwise, there was no code or anything for Xbox play anywhere (dispite me clarifing several times with him that there would be some sort of code) within the case. I would have purchased the digital version if I had known this. I have however already opened the case so I cant get a refund. I now have to pay $60 usd (per game, so $120) to get the features that i was promised and had payed for.

This is the worst Gamestop I have ever been too. Usually Gamestop has knowledgeable friendly employees, not at this one. I had a horrible experience with them. They dont pay attention to the customer and dont listen to whats being said, the worst part is that the push the new copies, which is usually for Gamestop. When I explained the mistakes the employee made rather than simply say sorry, his answer was "you try working here." If you hate your job then leave dont take it out on customers.

I went out of my way to ride my scooter all the way to GameStop so I could by Grand Theft Auto V just to get told I need a parent to buy the game? Im a mature person but just short a bit, but if any normal 15 year old walked in and wanted to buy there game, theyd be able to buy it. Pretty judgemental to me.

This is my place for most things doing with game cards or trade ins. Been coming here for 12 plus years. Usually always have what I need on rare occasions they dont if not target is right next door. Customer service Im good friendly usually recognize most of the people and vice versa. Good place.

My friends dad works here. He was very helpful. He was able to find my needs. The whole staff was very nice and seemed to care about their customers. I recommend this Gamestop to anyone reading this.
