I recently purchased a 2004 Volvo XC90 and I absolutely love it. I live close to this dealership, and probably have driven by 100 times before stopping in. During my search for car, I visited several major dealerships, only to leave disappointed and without a car. Not to mention the lengthy process you go through with major dealerships. Prior to stopping in S Motors, I called and explained that I was interested in a vehicle. Shawn was very polite and told me to come in. I arrived about 4 pm on a Saturday and by 6 pm I was already driving the vehicle of my choice home. Shawn was very helpful. He did not bog me down with a ton of information that I didnt want to hear. He gave me nothing but the facts. Which I appreciated. The process was seamless, and painless. We went through every document, he explained thoroughly every single one. It didnt take long, I left with what I wanted, a reasonable payment, and smile. He also helped another customer in the process, and they also left with a vehicle. He has tons of experience. He works quickly, and makes the mundane process of buying a car simple. He has nice selections of cars with low mileage. I was very pleased and I would certainly recommend S Motors to any first time buyers like myself.

This dealer is a ripoff I bought a 2002 Nissan Sentra. After only having the car for 2 day one of the censors went bad they replaced it. But then the throttle body started acting up. I spoke with the sales rep and he told me that it wasn't his problem but that he would help me make an appointment with a Nissan dealer. Calls me back after a few hours that I have an appointment and that it's gonna cost me $200 to have the throttle body reset. I couldn't believe that. So I took my Sentra to a local dealer by where I live and they only charged me $100. And here's the fun part before I decided to purchase the car the sales rep told me that they changed all the fluids and tires so the car was like new. Well when my car was at the nissan dealer they found all the fluids where old and needed to be replaced. They also found one of the rims was cracked from the inside and I'm not talking about a small crack where it's not visible damn thing was huge. I've only had the car for about a month and it's already cost me over $600 and rite now im looking at replacing the whole engine cause of their stupidity. So if you are looking into buying a good used car don't come to S motors because you will regret it

About two weeks ago, my husband and I were looking for a second car and after our online searches gave us S Motors for multiple searches, we decided to stop by. Upon arrival there were many people waiting to be helped as it was a busy day, fortunately for us we were helped within 5 minutes of arriving. I was approached by Shawn who ended up helping me through the entire process...needless to say we ended up purchasing a practically new vehicle :) I am really pleased with the service I was overall provided with. Shawn was very approachable, helpful and straight forward with the process. I personally am not a fan of beating around the bush/haggling or being bombarded with invasive questions to get me to run my credit. After narrowing down my interests, Shawn provided recommendations based on our needs and was helpful in getting us a lower interest rate for financing. I have gone to dealerships in the past where the goal of the salesperson was to make a sale, and this was not the case at S Motors. I felt that Shawn took the time to make sure we were happy with the vehicle and the test drive, and the best part was that I felt that I could trust him. I would recommend S Motors 100% Thank you Shawn!

Shawn and his Team are excellent individuals and care deeply about their customers buying experience. I got a 2007 Volvo XC 70 in Amazing Conditions, and Shawn fixed some details that I noticed right on the Spot before we made a Deal. he wanted to make sure i was happy and comfortable with the car I was going to buy. I bought the Car in November, with brand new tires and now, 15k miles later, the car is running great. He even helped me figure out how to get financed despite my less than desirable Credit history. I would definitely recommend S motors to any one who is looking for a Great quality vehicle and a Reasonable price. Oh and did I mention, you get parts and Service at Dealers Cost. I dont know how deep f a discount they get, but I needed some Volvo Specific Coolant for my car, and I usually would buy it for 28$, I got it through Shawn from the Volvo dealer for 22$. He is always helpful on getting quotes for Parts and service as needed.

To be honest, I was really scared to go through a used car dealership for the first time, especially with all the stereotypes floating around. I was looking for the proverbial "Purple Unicorn" - a late 90s Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited (Quadratrack, 5.2, V8 engine) with LESS than 100,000 miles on it. They were the ONLY ones in Southern California to have one, and it was very fair-priced. (Researching it on KBB later, we learned we paid average Blue Book value price.) I started with Shawn and finished with Rigo, and both were very helpful and accommodating. With our credit and the fact it was an 18-yr-old car, financing was more than challenging. They spent 2 days working on trying to get me this Jeep. Rigo helped us think outside the box, and we came up with a creative way to let me have my Jeep. Not only do I love my vehicle, but so does my boyfriend and son. (Sometimes we squabble over who gets to drive it...LOL!) Thank you, S Motors!

I can only talk about the service my girlfriend and got as we didnt wind up buying a car from this dealer. We were very interested in buying a vehicle we had driven forty-five minutes to see. Shawn, the owner "helped" us and was rude to us from start to finish. It seemed as if he we were bothering him even if we were the only ones on the lot and a few questions regarding the back windows not working on the car we were interested in were rebuffed. He said he would fix them but only after we put down a non-refundable down payment. His bullying attitude continued and after a few minutes of his attempts to make us seem stupid we were convinced this was not a place to do business. He cussed us out the door. Thanks so much Shawn! Anyone who wants to learn how to not treat customers should visit this place.

i called and talked to Shawn about an advertised honda civic; agreed on the price of $8950 + fees, so i took $5000 in credit cards and $5000 cash with me to pick up the car. at the dealership, i noticed some nice looking high end cars such as BMWs, so i decided on loan prequals, so i might buy a BMW, but Rigo, the loan guy was rude and disrespectful; even telling me that i smoked too much weed just to piss me off, lol!! so i left without buying even the honda civic that i was intending to buy in the first place. a total house of jerks! i searched on reviews about this dealership. bad reviews included bad customer service, selling lemon cars, and unhonored warranty. this dealership is a crook,
