Very dishonest and greedy. If you go here, make sure you do 2 things I neglected to do: 1) Ask them if there is going to be a mandatory theft protection "warranty" and ask how much it will cost. On my $16000 Honda Fit, it cost me an extra $377 to buy the car because they insisted that this protection was "already installed" on the vehicle and they just needed me to sign and pay so they could "transfer the warranty into my name". They had installed these stickers with serial numbers all over the car which they claim they cannot take off and you have to pay for the highest level of theft protection (5 years, $5000), its not optional. This tactic must be illegal. I tried to fight with them but they were not going to sell me the car if I didnt buy the warranty and they knew they had me because I had flown there from Las Vegas to buy the car. 2) Ask to see the title to prove they have it in hand. They claimed that they would have to mail me the title since I paid for some of the car with a credit card. I dont believe they had the title in hand at all.

The best car buying experience EVER. Hands down. No pressure, none. Ive never felt so relaxed during this usually gruelling, stressful and time consuming process. Got my daughter approved and drove off the lot in no time. No credit history, so I was sure I was going to have to cosign, or come up with some big $ for a down payment. Basically resigned to the fact that we would walk off the lot with nothing..nope. Payment we could afford & at an intrest rate for a 1st time buyer that blew me away. All cars on the lot low miles and in amazing condition. All poular makes and models, no crap u see on alot of used car lots. I cant say enough about Juanita and Albert. Very cool people. Engaging, quick and informed about their product. No muss no fuss. Ill be going back for myself and wife without hesitation or consideration of any other dealership.

Does 0 star exist i have dealt with humurous sale person in here im going to mension 2 of them just the fact the lied 1st is john: so one day he texted and was telling that i was approve on a car i want excited me i went their with all paper work ready after moving that day late at night just to find out that i wasnt approved at all i was their for good hour before they told me the truth i talked to john he just said some bullshit ass fuckery i was pissed i did not bring a car thinking that i was going to get the car i want that night turned out it was bunch off bullshit waste of time...2nd eddie this dude is a liar also told me that theres a car i can get approve with but turned out nothing.....i have done every possible way i can to.get the car i want co-signer big down payment still its a bunch of bull what a waste of my 2 weeks -0

Very bad very rude people once they can sell and wash their hands of anything or detail that you discover in the car you bought them and obviously you know to bring since they are used and one trusts what the seller tells you and as supposedly guarantee your car and going to try to fix the detail and tell you I feel the car is no longer of us is financial and you can not even enter the office you close the door and the guarantee where stay? If only if padaron few days and not responsible aaa is hisieron that they are curiously they happen much to his convenecia mention to the "details" and could continue to write a thousand things more than my bad experience but I can only them say eye very careful when choosing where to buy one carro

Over all good people. But they sell you bad cars. I bought 2010 Escalade with bad battery, bad tires, sensor of the tires would always read low tires, truck would shut down running. When we try to talk to the lady that sold me the truck would make excuse..if I could give zero stars I would. Till this point. .Im suffering from truck shutting down while running.. it mest up they sell you cars with issue.. and they act like they never knew. .bad dealer. .if anything I havent talk to the owner. If you are the man or woman in charge of this location please reply with best number and email.. Im so disappointed with the dealer and lady that sold me the truck. Cant remember her name otherwise I would put her hear on blast. .

If I COULDI give them no stars I would. Been dealing with this people for a week. Sent everything got pre-approved. Called me saying they was going to hold the car we wanted and the paperwork done and car was ready for us we was ready to leave tomorrow to get it then they called and said they sold the car they had on hold for us. Then tried to say they dont hold cars for anyone. They also tried to give us a car that we didnt want. Dont waste your time with this place

DO NOT GO HERE. They were nice people, VERY convincing. Within 3 days of purchasing the car it broke down. Not reliable. Worst decision. Still currently dealing with repairs. Putting more money and work into what was apparently a good working car. Actually made my situation worse since I still have to deal with payments, and no transportation. If I could go back and just not even bother going there, I would. Deeply regret this. Do not make same mistake. 0 STARS.

If their was a half a star thats what I would rate this place . Its a waste of time . They say they will help you out when something comes up with your vehicle and when the moment comes they say will call you back and never do . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE, BUY SOME WHERE ELSE .
