Worst decision Ive ever made. Bought an 07 jeep from here the same night the check engine light turned on, I call them they send me to their mechanic, he tells me its gonna take about 3 hours to fix so I leave it they call me I go back and sure enough the light comes back on the next day. Call and tell them again, they said I dont know whats going on with our mechanic (names Arturo btw) but they say bring it back and well make sure he gets it fixed so I do and they just scan it and say nothing comes up so they clear it. Same problems continue so Im constantly calling and bugging them to fix it so I ask if they could have a different mechanic look at it and he says the computer is bad so they said theyll pay for it cause my experience has been bad. And just recently I went for a tune up with my mechanic and he said that my catalytic converter isnt the right one its supposed to have that I need to get it changed so I call my warranty company (that I got through 1 stop) they ask me for my make model and vin I tell them and they said its not the same vin that they cant help me unless its the same. Couple of days after my finance company and insurance call me that they dont have my correct vin either so I really dont know how this dealership works cause I thought I was dealing with professionals I guess I was wrong. Point is if your thinking of buying a car from here cause you dont want to buy one from the street just go with the street instead its gonna be cheaper and you probably wont get a lemon car!!!! Dealers name is (Elder) So you guys know!

First of all a lady was hitting on my husband in front of me and my children even asking him to take her out on a date dancing she looked as if she was dressed from a swap meet she barely new any English still continue to text my husband Weeks Later and call. this chesp girl Diana told my man he could can do better than me this lady didnt even come off in the right way she was talking to my husband about how her working visa expired and no longer good my husband joking around said he had a hookup my husband was joking around she was very serious not only is this lady a homewrecker trying to cause problems she caused the auction or dealer a car deal and she continues still to try to talk to my husband not professional at all I would not recommend this place to buy a car after having a manager of 5 years hit on my husband and disrespect me and my family the way she did who would ever recommend this place...

Here for an oil change. No wait whatsoever. I came in after work on Tuesday. It took about 25 minutes. Relaxed on the sofa while I waited. Extremely fast service. Got an oil change. John suggested synthetic since its better for car engines. My drive is much smoother. I can feel the difference. Thank you again, John! Back because I have a nail in my tire. Quick fix. No wait time. Low prices. He even checked all my other tires and filled my tire pressure appropriately. Cant beat it. Been going to Johns since 08. Hes taken care of my VW, Toyota, Scion and my BMW. John is the best. He is honest and gives you accurate info. No up selling. Only offers you what your car needs. I wouldnt think about going anywhere else.

Place is terrible. Worst service ever. First the sales man told me one price for the car and then came back with 1k+ price! The sales man Jesse was deceptive and rushed me to sign a bunch of papers. Second, the car they sold me had multiple problems. I spent so much time and effort on trying to have the car fixed it was ridiculous. Once they finally figured out the problem, or so they thought, it was fixed, then as I was leaving the repair shop the same problem happened. Overall, I got lucky because I stayed in contact with the loan company and they didnt process the loan because of the faulty car. Avoid this place if possible. They will try to scam you and are not out for your best interest!

So i went to this dealer to get a van and i already have a honda civic in my name, my credit is not great but my rep helped me out to where i took home a 2010 toyota sienna with 1200 down payment! I have 1 month warranty to get the vehicle checked by my mechanic and if he finds any faliures i can get them fixed within the month! Yes it has some minor scratches and details but the van runs great! Juan was my Rep and made it possible! So if you need help go in and request JUAN! I worked everything out with him super great customer service and really makes sure if u have issues they get resolved! Thank you Juan!!! I LOVE MY SIENNA

I just recently went to go purchase a car from this dealership, and I can honestly say that the sales rep I had witch was Juan was really polite and helpful. He answered all my questions and made sure that I was truly happy with the car that I left with!! I bought an 05 infiniti G35 off of them.they dont give the car fax,their cars have problems, and if youre a first time buyer, get ready for a rip off, 20 percent interest, and horrible people to deal with when you want to give them a payment.I would day give this place a chance but I wouldnt want you to go through what these people made me go through

2009 Jeep Liberty lest than 5 days trasmision problems they send me to one place they just put some transmition fluid and thats it then I drove to Las Vegas and transmition just dont work any more I spend $1.549.00 to fix the problem they just told me can help me cuz I used a particular mechanic

Good experience I washed my Expedition I st week roof was all brown and rusty. Need to be sanded down and repainted 300.00 fix. Take your money elsewhere run as fast as you can.
