Horrible experience. Had a ring resized asked for a 1/2 size bigger instead i got a ring double the size. Despite having to come back several times it took weeks to get the ring back. Upon picking up the ring I was given a hard time. The clerk asked for ID i willingly gave it to her. Then she said I was not on the account, she requested i call my husband. Confused as why i was being questioned I asked for them to clean my wedding ring we purchased there. They said they were too busy and no one can do it. I finally reached out to the sales guy who helped me originally and they changed their tune. Another clerk saw how upset i was and graciously cleaned my wedding ring. They are so rude at Rogers River-park!!! I hope management sees my post!!!

Ive always been inquisitive about Rogers Jewelers. I finally found out why . I had a wonderful experience choosing my Pandora Bracelet. My salesperson Jennifer was highly knowledgeable about Pandora. In fact she helped me select a bracelet that reflects my personality. The overall ombiance was very welcoming and enjoyable. I was offered bottle water or a beverage. It was like they knew I needed to quince my thrist. I highly recommend you visit Rogers in Fresno, CA on Blackstone.

It was an overall great experience. I worked closely with Kelly to find the perfect ring for my girlfriend. He was very knowledgeable about all of the rings on display as well as the host of diamonds available on the market. Kelly was very personable and sociable, not a pushy salesman whatsoever. He was focused on getting to know me and helping me to find the perfect ring within my budget. I would totally recommend this place!

Its always a great and welcoming experience going into Rogers Jewelry! Their service is great and in a timely manner, I always feel welcomed once I walk into the store! The staff is AMAZING and full of knowledge when it comes to the jewelry in the store. My last visit I was helped by a gentleman named Kelly, He more than helpful, friendly, and knew his stuff! I got to do my wifes 10 year wedding renewal at the Blackstone superstore. It was amazing. Rebecca helped me add a marquis diamond to my wifes ring. Then I got earings with the kind store managers help for valentines. Then today I bought my wife a necklace for my wifes birthday. I will never shop any where else and the diamonds are good for same price exchange any time we desire to upgrade.

Cindy at Rogers is amazing I lost my center diamond and had damage to the ring she contacted main office got my ring fixed on short notice for my wedding i recommend Rogers they stand behind there jewelry with outstanding service my first husband died of cancer 10 years ago Cindy is very kind and understanding to help me with a new chapter in my life thank you Cindy and Rogers

Went in for a Birthday pick me up. Entered feeling a bit blue and left feeling golden. I purchased a Forever Mark diamond ring. It is amazing! It sparkles like a light show. They have a trade up program and I saw a beautiful Fire and Ice diamond ring that Im considering next. Very friendly and welcoming staff. When you go in, ask for Cyndi. Shes wonderful.

I love this place. Their staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We didnt feel any pressure at all, in fact the atmosphere was much different than at other places. Rebekah was fantastic. She helped us figure out the best options for us in our price range and we couldnt be happier with our decision. Definitely will be going back.
