Victor and his team are by far the best in town. I have done my fair share of jewelry buying at places like Helzberg and Zales and I must say, you are selling yourself short in more ways than one by shopping at stores like those. After buying several items from Zales I went for a Valentines gift (a new ring) and the lady told me I would have to pay to have my new ring sized. A brand new ring that didnt fit - seriously?! That was my final straw. My husband was done with their quality and their customer service. Being a business owner ourselves I know first hand that customer service SHOULD be #1. For my birthday recently not only did I get an amazing surprise with my gift but I got the most beautiful sapphire on the market (surrounded by so many diamonds I cannot count them all without trying!) but I didnt pay for sizing and I didnt try to get sold on some warranty by the sales people. You want down to earth, quality customer service and amazing products all in one stop? Go see Victor and his crew at Precision Diamonds. You wont be sorry.

I needed a new watchband and was treated really well even though this is an inexpensive item. The person who waited on me, Bill, was extremely helpful and spent extra time getting the buckle changed from the one that came with the band to the original one for the watch. Even though it took him quite a while to do this as it is very finicky work he did not charge me. I would highly recommend this place.

Great and quick service! I dropped in on Dec.23 to get the prongs fixed and the ring cleaned. I asked for a box, which was given for free with the tip for the jeweler. There was no base fee, and recommended tip was much less than the lowest amount Id expected to pay. Even if its not the holidays, should you have a similar experience, I implore you to overtip as well.

The band buckle of my $12,000 watch is loose. Went to another repair first but they couldnt fix it. Came here then, saw how they manually adjusted and tightened the buckle in 3 minutes on their monitor. They charged only $10, far less expensive than replacing the buckle from the original retailer. Exceptional experience, expertise, and craft.
