I got a ring and a pendant done by them and Im very disappointed. They did a horrible job! Left them looking like someone not professional did them. To me I could had done a better job in my jewlery class from high school. PEOPLE DONT COME TO THIS PLACE YOUR JUST GOING TO GET RIPPED OFF. Been calling the place and no one answers. I really wished I had read the reviews before coming to this place. If it was for me I wouldnt even give it a 1 star. They dont deserve s**t.

Horrible customer service and work. A family member purchased a custom job here, and when he passed away we went in to try to get it. First it was that it would be done soon, then it needed to be sized. A week later when we received it, it was the wrong size and very poorly made with rough edges and the top not finished. This ring was submitted and paid for before Christmas. He has had 2 months to work on it, with a finished product that looks like it took 30 minutes.

Lousy customer service, wants to gossip about other customers and his neighbors and his landlord. Claims to be an artist, but my 5 yr old grandson would have done a better job . I have wasted over $1,500 on this guy and months of frustration. He NEVER follows through with promises, his workmanship is worse than second best, not trustworthy. Will NEVER spend another dime with this guy. I cant say enough crap about him!!!

Wish I had read the previous reviews and saved a lot of time, aggravation and expense. Had a gold ring with a damaged stone, so I purchased a new 3.5 carat stone from him and paid to have it reset. Two months and 8 visits later, I finally received my ring with the setting damaged and the stone improperly set. Now I will have to pay a good jeweler to redo it all again. Will never go back to this guy.

This guy is a going to rip you off.... plain and simple. appraised a dimond ring of mine at under $100. I took it to the scrap gold antique store and got $194!!!!!! The owner of this place argued with me over the price of gold saying 18k was worth $10 per gram

Told us a job would take 3 days and had our ring for two months. Promised it would be done multiple times then would not answer the phone. Had to drop in to get any information on progress which there never was any. Picked up our ring with no work completed.

My daughter was getting married and she had a custom ring made here by mike at a fraction of the cost of an off the shelf ring would have cost at one of the big name stores. Thank you mike for being so knowledgeable and really helping my little girl.

Great customer service. I had a ring sized, beautiful craftsmanship. Seems like one of the last real jewelers in town. I wont being going to the big over priced stores again now that I have found these guys.
