This local owned market is a nice piece of hometown for the locals. Very nice staff, a deli with all cuts of meats and a staff that makes the place shine. This place has it all with electronics, jewelry, fresh local produce, and they make the best tostadas anywhere in slo county! It looks small but it more then makes up for its size with whats inside.

Plenty of ingredients if you enjoy from scratch cooking, mostly for Mexican related dish though there selection expands to other cusine. Butcher knows what he is doing and if you have an eye for it you can find some very good cuts of meat for a reasonable price. Be careful outside this place though it is known to attract a shifty crowd.

Great store, well stocked and organised in a perfect location. Prices are a bit out of control and they dont have the excuse of being remote delivery. They just jack prices way up.

If you do not care to much about price or cannot get to Vons it is okay. Not fantastic or consistant with inventory. Treated pleasant enough but could do better

As a kid I would love riding my bike here to get fun Mexican candies and look at the exotic cuts of meat (namely cow tongue) in the butcher display case.

If you just need a few things and youre close by, its not bad. Its like a really big convince store with fruit.
