Purchased a ring as a gift for my mother, realized it wasnt exactly what I wanted so I went to return it the NEXT day. Was told I have to receive a check in the mail that will take 2-4 weeks since I paid in cash. I specifically asked the employee of I decided that I didnt like it if I could return it she told me yes that is not a problem. She neglected to tell me as I was paying for the ring in cash that if I would return then I would have to receive a check in the mail. Turns out that she did not even know that was the policy. Wouldnt you think management would train their employees about the return policy. I spoke with hw manager and asked if the funds could just be put back on my debit card, she replied back yes. Then one of her employees corrected her and said "we cant do that remember". The manager then said "oh yeah I forgot about that sorry" pretty sad hat the manager does not even know the return policy. Now I am out of a $1,000 for 2-4 weeks. Do not buy from here, employees and managers seem to be a complete joke.

We went to 4 places before zales with a specific price limit on how much we could spend. All 4 of them brought out pieces over our specified budget. And it wasnt a low undoable amount. We told them our limit was $1,400 for a engagement ring. They were bringing out pieces well over that amount and pushing us to put the rest on a credit card they wanted us to apply for. Frustrated we went to zales. Again told them the same thing we told the other 4 jewelry stores. This time they brought out rings within our budget. I found the perfect set. Beautiful. We also bought my husbands matching band their too. So impressed with how we were treated we have bought 2 citizen Eco drive watches, a sapphire necklace, bracelet and earrings since. We are soon to be adding another band to my wedding set through them as well. I wont do my jewelry business anywhere else. They are not pushy as some places are. And they always go above and beyond when we bring our rings in for inspection. Thanks zales. You guys are the best!!!

I wouldnt recommended this place to my worst enemy. The lack of training for the employees makes purchasing jewelry hard because youre told one thing by one person and something else by another! And contacting the corporate office does nothing.
