My husband and I have bought all of our jewelry from Kay Jewelers. Over multiple years we have bought many items and have a very high limit credit account. Despite all of this, we will not buy any jewelry from there again. Our latest purchase was not delivered on the date we needed it or the date on our receipt. We were met with multiple excuses and through our now 4 conversations about when my jewelry will be delivered the staff was very rude and unwilling to offer any help or resolution other than to just wait. The service and dependability has substantially gone down hill and I know that I will not give anymore business to Kay Jewelers after this most recent experience. With all of the other jewelry stores available to the consumer this is not how people want to be treated.

We went in yesterday to purchase our wedding bands. Customer service was awesome in the store. We purchased both our wedding bands and left happily. When we got home we noticed we didnt receive a receipt for my fiancés ring. So I called back the next morning to ask for my receipt. The lady who answered wasnt helpful. She stated the person who rang us up might have put our rings under a different name? This is scary because since your purchasing diamonds and gold at a very expensive price!! This is absolutely unacceptable. Very unhappy with our experience and our treatment after.

We had a great initial experience when we purchased our wedding bands in 2013. Since then the customer service has gone down hill so much. We live in Ellensburg and I would rather drive a half hour + to a different store for better customer service.
