We have been using Ray Fisher exclusively for all of my 92 year old grandmothers medical equipment needs. From basic maintenance on her walker to most recently purchasing items for "at home care". Christian, Josh and Randy have been there each and every time to answer any questions or recommend items that would allow us to provide comfortable and complete care for her. On Tuesday afternoon, in 106° weather, they welcomed me and my three young girls in and patiently helped us to purchase equipment needed asap. Thank goodness for Ray Fisher!! Best price and best service in town!

I bought items and less than two weeks later was not allowed to exchange unopened items for a different size without a receipt, even though they remembered me and remembered the sale. Why not exchange? Just being a jerk? Their website says Ray Fisher "offers a friendly and knowledgeable staff ...there is little we can’t do for you. .... If we don’t have what you’re looking for, we will get it for you. We make every effort to exceed your expectations." I wont be back. Ever.

I have been using Ray Fisher Pharmacy consistently for the last 6 years, and they have been great. Friendly service, very competent staff, and they are reliable. There prices for medical equipment are very competitive. They just seem to always be willing to help their customers.

Very helpful and courteous staff. I need a nebulizer for my toddler and they worked extra hard to make sure I could get it and everything I needed for it that same day. They worked right up until 6:00 on Halloween without ever rushing through any of the instructions.

Their service is OK but on one of my prescriptions they over charge me I can get the same thing over the counter elsewhere for cheaper. Also it seems every time I have a new prescription faxed over they claim they never received it.

Delivery service is great when you pay for it and get it on the same day. Two different days I have received supplies that I needed today, the next day.
