I have been going back and forth for a week with a simple request for a prescription to be changed from one form of a drug to another. While my doctor has been nothing but a hassle-ignoring me, not returning my calls, etc. Target pharmacy has been great. They are always available on the phone, always helpful and friendly, and, unlike my doctor, actually seem to care about helping me. I just got an offer to switch my prescriptions to CVS and get a $50 CVS gift card, but Im going to stick with Target, their customer service is worth it.
