Hi Fillmore! I am an Independent agent helping people understand the Affordable Care Act in Rite Aid for the past month and its been a blast for me! I have met so many wonderful people at this location. Everyone has been blown away with the benefits of free health insurance/or low cost insurance that Obama Care has to offer! The Exchange is working smoothly and super fast! I have not ran into any issues with enrollment and Covered Californias calculator can tell you how much you can save in two minutes!! Have a wonderful weekend fillmore!!!

Attempted to resolve and problem (4 times over a period of a couple months) of the store not having a promised item in stock. Associates were generally apathetic and in one instance visibly irritated that I might ruin their day. I now get his item at the Santa Paula store (they have it in stock). I have decided not to go into the Fillmore store in the future. We have other local options (more expensive) that provide superior customer service.

Rude employees . Went in to buy drinks, clerk never greeted me, snatched money of my hand. I said thank you being the educated person I am, did not get a response. Will not be shopping here anymore!
