I had bought a pair of shoes without trying them on. The store manager assured me I could take them home and wear them and if If i didnt like them I could bring them back. After a day of wearing them inside at work my back and legs hurt. When I went to return them the store manager was rood, arrogant, and would not except them. I explained that they hurt my feet and that I didnt want them. He said my feet hurt because of my disability (I am a large person). I have never been so hurt in my life.

Went into Famous Footwear today with my Husband and 4 kids and I was going to exchange my one year olds Nikes . I tried on his next size which was a 8c and it was too big the manager thought I stole nikes from them because I had the famous footwear bag in my hand and my son had his new nikes on, as soon as I walked away they looked at my husband up and down and went to check all the Nike boxes to see if we had stolen any shoes . VERY DISAPOINTED AND I WILL NEVER RETUEN HERE AGAIN !!
